CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of orders for products made at a distance via an online network through the website www.termedolomia.it, owned by Terme Dolomia.

We invite our customers to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before proceeding with the submission of an order. Confirmation of the order implies full knowledge and acceptance of the same. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer is required to print and retain these General Conditions of Sale, which have been viewed and accepted during the purchase process.
Parties
The products are sold directly by Terme Dolomia, with a legal address at Strada di Bagnes, 25, 38036, San Giovanni di Fassa (TN), VAT Number 01167750221. For any inquiries, the Customer can contact our customer service via email at: info@termedolomia.it.
The products are sold to the Customer, who provides their data at the time of completing and submitting the Order Form electronically, with the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. It is prohibited for the Customer to provide false or incorrect data during the online ordering procedure and in subsequent communications with TERME DOLOMIA. The Customer is solely responsible for the correct insertion of their data, thereby exempting the seller from any liability in case of errors in the fiscal documents resulting from incorrectly provided data.
Online Sales Contract
For the online sales contract, it is meant the distance contract whose object is the sale of products stipulated between the Customer and TERME DOLOMIA through the website www.termedolomia.it, as part of an electronic commerce service. To execute the sales contract, it is necessary to fill out the Order Form electronically and submit it to TERME DOLOMIA.
The Order contains:
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale;
- Information and images of each product and its price;
- Payment methods available to the Customer;
- Product delivery methods and related shipping costs.
The photographs and images on the Site are used to present the products to the Customer for sale, without any guarantee or commitment from TERME DOLOMIA regarding the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the actual product (e.g., size, accessories, color, packaging, etc.). The contract is considered concluded when TERME DOLOMIA receives the Order Form and, after verifying the correctness of the data, proceeds with its execution.
Order Fulfillment
Once the Order is placed, the Customer will receive an Order Confirmation via email, containing a summary of the previously entered information. If the products presented on the site www.termedolomia.it are no longer available or in sale after the Order is sent, TERME DOLOMIA undertakes to promptly communicate the unavailability of the ordered products. In such a case, the amount charged to the Customer will be refunded via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. TERME DOLOMIA reserves the right to fulfill each order for one or more products without any quantity limit per item.
Sales Prices
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices of Products, shipping and delivery charges indicated on the Site and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euro. The validity of the prices indicated is the one reported on the Site at the time of transmission of the Order via telematics. The Customer is required to verify the final sale price before submitting the Order.
All Products are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of Products and shipping costs indicated on the Site and in the Order, unless otherwise indicated, do not include any customs duties and related taxes, if the shipment occurs to non-EU countries or countries with import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid directly at the time of delivery of the Products, as specified in the Order Confirmation.
Payment Methods
The payment for the products can only be made according to one of the methods indicated in the Order Form:
- Credit and prepaid cards
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, without additional charges on the price of the product or shipping. The Customer must be the cardholder of a valid credit card at the time of purchase and the name on the card must match the one indicated in the billing information. Otherwise, the order cannot proceed. At the time of online purchase, simultaneously with the Order Confirmation, the bank will charge the amount related to the order on the Customer’s credit card. In case of exercising the Right of Withdrawal, TERME DOLOMIA will refund the amount via bank transfer to the Customer’s indicated account. - PayPal
If the Customer has a PayPal account, they can make payments using PayPal credentials. In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account. - Bank Transfer
TERME DOLOMIA accepts payments via bank transfer to the IBAN IT87O0814035270000004004293 registered to TERME DOLOMIA. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of order confirmation email receipt. After this term, TERME DOLOMIA will be authorized to cancel the order. Product shipment will only occur after the full amount is correctly credited.
Shipping and Product Delivery
Courier Delivery
The Customer must indicate the delivery address where they wish to receive the purchase. Each shipment includes the ordered products, the related transport document/invoice/slip, any documentation required based on the country of shipment, and any informational and marketing material.
Upon receiving the goods, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the delivered packages, the packaging, and closure materials, and the correspondence of the number of packages with what is indicated on the transport document. In case of anomalies, the Customer must immediately contest them by writing “Accepted with reserve” on the courier’s delivery receipt. The complaint must be sent within 14 days from the day of delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying a reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased products on www.termedolomia.it. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the Customer consumer, i.e., the natural person who purchases the Products for purposes not related to their commercial, business, or professional activities.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email communication to info@termedolomia.it
Warranty
All purchased products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. The guarantee applies to products with defects of conformity not apparent at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly, in accordance with their intended use and as specified in the technical documentation and/or instructions attached. The guarantee is not valid in case of negligence or improper use of the product by the Customer.
Personal Data Processing
TERME DOLOMIA undertakes to process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian legislation on personal data protection. The personal data collected during registration and purchase procedures will be used exclusively for contract-related purposes and, with the Customer’s authorization, for sending advertising or promotional material.
